Sea transportation

• Along with big galleons and wrecks of them, the pirate merchants started to visit the islands on their ships from time to time, don't forget to check what they offer!
  
• Swimming between islands is not always the best idea, try the new sail boat! Enjoy its speed, easy-to-use ship's wheel, mountable cannons and ballista!
  
• Remember that boat can get damaged, sink or burn! Be sure to take resources to repair holes and beware of fire on the deck!

• The pirates stopped by the islands and made themselves comfortable among ancient ruins - the new biom.
  
• Make sure you don't approach them closer than bullets range, but if you do and still survive, don't forget to search the treasure chest!

• After every storm, there's a chance for survivors and bad luck for sailors to crash into sea rocks.
  
• Each ship wreck contains several chests on one of 3 levels and random loot inside.
  
• Don't forget to check the ocean bottom when treasure hunting!

Pistols and cannons

• Long-awaited gunpowder arrived to the islands along with pirate merchants. From now on, everyone who has resources to craft or gold coins to purchase can get a flintlock pistols and take his piracy to the next level.
  
• If that's not enough, cannons should do the job. Mount one on each side of your boat and start ruling the oceans!

Personal and clan achievements

• Besides standard Steam achievements, every player gets their own skill points after doing certain activities on the archipelago. Gathered points are divided between 8 groups and can be assigned to 24 passive skills.
  
• Clan members on the other side, can fight for the good of their clan and conquer as many territories as possible to become the Conqueror of the Week, get better clan rank visible on clan's flag and a great reward paid in gold.

Area Control mode

Completely new game-changing mode available from 13 Feb 2017 on every official Standard and PvP server.

The point is not only to survive, build and explore but also to take over territories, defend them and try to beat other clans by the end of each week!

Players have to:

• join a clan or create one
  
• customize their flag and hang it on top of flag masts to conquer up to 12 territories
  
• make use of received bonuses to gathering from each taken territory
  
• take over opponents' areas by hanging the flag and gathering more points
  
• increase flag points and influence over each territory by fighting other clans and destroying their properties
  
• fortify and protect borders of their territories
  
• use siege weapons, boats and gliders to reach strategical positions, lead in a clan ranking and get new ranks and rewards

  먹이사슬의 꼭대기에 서고 싶다면 다른 사람들보다 더 많은 노력이 필요합니다. 그 노력은 자원 채집에서부터 시작하는데, 자원에는 벌목, 채광, 리넨 채집과 음식을 모으는 등 다양한 방법이 있습니다. 적당한 양이 모여졌다 싶으면 구리나 아연 등의 희귀한 광석을 찾으러 떠나보세요.이러한 희귀한 광석들이 구리 잉곳과 다른 금속 재료를 만들어낼 수 있습니다.
  
  
  
  공방을 건축하고 용광로 등의 시설을 설치해 무기와 장비를 제조합니다. 여러 가지 장비들을 사용해 보면서 자신만의 스타일을 완성합니다. 새로운 자원이나 전투 중 얻는 아이템으로 장비를 업그레이드할 수 있습니다. 게임에서 자신의 아이템을 보관하거나 수집 또는 다른 사람들과 교환할 수 있습니다.
  
  
  
  목재를 보관할 장소를 찾고 있습니까? 야생 코끼리마저 무찌를 수 있는 칼날을 만들고 싶습니까? 그렇다면 어서 자신의 거점을 세워봅시다! 형형색색의 벽과 계단, 바닥 등의 건축 부품들을 이용해 직접 건축을 디자인하며 자신이 꿈꿔오던 특별한 근거지를 만들어봅시다. 좋아요, 이러한 것들이 너무 번거롭다 생각된다면…다른 사람의 거점을 빼앗는 것도 방법이겠죠.
  
  
  
  어떤한 전투든 어려운 상황을 극복할 수 있는 최선의 방법이 있기 마련입니다. 항상 새로운 생존자 동료들이 바다에 떠내려 오는 것은 아니니까요. 영토를 보호하기 위해서든, 새로운 동료의 지지를 받기 위해서든, 머리를 열심히 굴려야 합니다.
  발리스타: 멀리 떨어진 곳에서의 공격은 항상 안정감을 가져다 줍니다. 발리 스타의 장전 과정은 비교적 느리고 민첩성도 떨어지지만, 위력은 절대 얕잡아 봐서는 안 됩니다. 1.5미터 길이의 화살은 몇백 미터 내의 목표도 쉽게 꿰뚫을 수 있습니다.
  투석기: 특별한 상황에는 그에 맞는 해결 방법이 필요한 법이죠.\\\\ 도끼의 힘이 부족하다거나 방어 벽을 쉽게 부술 수 없을 때, 이때가 바로 투석기가 필요한 시기입니다. 투석기를 만들 때는 많은 시간과 재료가 필요하지만, 커다란 돌덩이로 손쉽게 벽을 허물 수 있다는 것만으로 그 값어치는 충분합니다.
  트랩: 정교한 트랩의 설치는 침입자에게 치명적인 타격을 줍니다. 문이나 계단, 그 어떠한 곳이라도 트랩 와이어로 발리스타나 투석기를 연결하면, 앉아서 침입자가 당하는 것을 구경할 수 있습니다.
  비행기: 다른 공격들이 효과를 보지 못하고 있을 때, 공중 기습을 해보는 것도 나쁘지 않습니다. 높은 탑과 발사대를 건축하여 비행기를 이륙 시킨 후, 적군의 기지에 폭탄을 투하해 공격합니다. 아니면 비행기를 타고 하늘을 날아다니거나 땅을 내려다볼 수 있습니다.
